01 General Provisions and Definitions

bot222 offers a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager 20 times the total bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer applies once per member, per household or per IP address.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• If the deposit is withdrawn after accepting a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• bot222 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If there is evidence that a bonus has been used for fraudulent purposes, the bonus and any associated winnings will be confiscated.

06 Betting and Gaming Rules

• A bet once confirmed cannot be cancelled or changed.

Sports Betting Rules

bot222 reserves the right to change the VIP benefits policy. In the event of a dispute regarding VIP tier or bonuses, the decision of bot222 authorities will be considered final.

08 Prohibited Conduct and Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bot222 platform and if detected, the account will be immediately closed and all balances will be confiscated:

• Operating multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Bonus abuse — using tactics to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Playing games using any software, bot, script or automated method.
• Using the platform for money laundering or cleaning illegal funds.
• Deliberately attempting to influence the outcome of a game.
• Impersonating a bot222 staff member or conducting phishing activities.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

bot222 may temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Serious or repeated violation of the terms and conditions.
• Providing false registration information.
• Participation in fraud, deception or illegal activities.
• Extended inactivity (no transactions for more than 12 months).

Closure Request by Member

Any member may send a request to [email protected] to close their account on their own initiative. It is the member's own responsibility to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed.
